Membership in the chorus is open to any person who loves to sing. The Healdsburg Community Chorus is not affiliated with any religious or private groups and we welcome people of all ages and backgrounds.
Dues are $50 a season. For rehearsal, musical scores are checked out to each member; however, our concerts are performed without the aid of these scores so you must have the ability to memorize your pieces. Each concert includes three to five soloists who are chosen via audition.
We work on many styles of music including, but not limited to, the songs of Irving Berlin and Cole Porter, selections from Broadway musicals, spirituals, popular songs, and holiday music. Our musical library is extensive!
